Czy drużyna,która była zmuszona do "return to site of origin" w czasie movement/hazard phase nie może nic robić w site phase?

Dzięki Konradzie,że mnie oświeciłeś..nigdy do tej pory nie miałem takiej sytuacji,a że nie czytam CRF do poduszki to pewnych rzeczy dowiaduję się w praktyce..inne moje pytanie należy do niemal tej samej kategorii. Jeśli drużynie w podziemiach nie wyjdzie rzut na przemieszczenie się to czy może podjąć jakieś działana w fazie site'u ?
